On the top of the Orange Vélodrome with TOTEM

Connecting an indoor environment to the latest generation of 5G, which can be used by almost 68,000 people at the same time, is a real technical challenge.
 
To connect the Orange Vélodrome, TOTEM has built the first network of its kind in France, capable of meeting the connectivity needs of the biggest sports events.
 
To deploy the latest generation 5G infrastructures in the Orange Velodrome, TOTEM, the Orange’s towerco has relied on the expertise of its industrial partners: a meticulous work that required interventions over 60 meters high, while ensuring continuity of service for the Olympique de Marseille’s teams.
