Emmanuel Rochas (Ecole Polytechnique, Telecom ParisTech) is the CEO of TOTEM.
Previously, Emmanuel served as CEO of Orange Wholesale International, where he was responsable for a comprehensive range of international wholesale services, including connectivity, IP transit, and roaming services. His leadership earned him recognition as one of the 100 most influential figures in the wholesale telecommunications industry by Capacity Media for three consecutive years.
Since October 2024, he has also held the position of Chairman of the Global Leadership Forum, a key platform for global ICT service providers. Emmanuel's extensive experience within the Orange Group and the French government includes overseeing strategy, network deployment, and operations across various regions in France.
With his diverse background, he is now set to lead TOTEM and drive the company's evolution forward.
Patrick Farges (degree in Engineering from Telecom Paris) is Chief Executive Officer of TOTEM Spain, in charge of the development of this subsidiary in Spain.
Patrick Farges has a long history of more than 35 years in the Orange Group, 25 of them outside France, and with a solid knowledge of the B2B and Wholesale business. He began his career at France Telecom Large Accounts as head of a presales support department and then moved to Mexico where he was Commercial Director of Global One and then to El Salvador where he was leading the B2B and Wholesale market for Telecom El Salvador
He also held the position of International Sales Director for Equant for three years and in 2006 he joined Orange Spain as general manager for the B2B and Wholesale market, subsequently occupying various positions as project director of FTTH, Fibra, Director of Product Development and head of Sales& Marketing of “X by Orange”.
Mathilde Boistay (IEP PARIS 2011) is Communication and Brand Director at TOTEM Group.
Prior to her current role, she worked for the French President's office before joining the Orange Group as project manager for lobbying and relations with local authorities. In 2016, she assumed the role of press officer in charge of crisis communications for the Orange Group, where she notably managed the Covid-19 crisis communication. Mathilde joined TOTEM as the Brand, Communications, and Influence Manager in November 2021, when the company was founded.
Charles Brisbois (Audencia – ESC Nantes – Excellence Program ESC-EAP Orange) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of TOTEM Group.
After starting in the financial department of Renault, Charles joined Globecast in 2001 as International Financial Controller. He joined Orange Business in 2006, where he held several positions as Financial Director of subsidiaries, particularly Orange Application for Business for five years, and developed expertise in IT business.
From 2019 to 2025, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Performance Director of Orange Innovation, combined with the Corporate Management Control direction for two years.
Serge LE POTIER (Ecole Polytechnique (X90), Télécom Paris (1995), PhD from Rennes University (1999) is Chief Strategy and Analytics Officer at TOTEM Group.
He started his engineer career with a research thesis at INRIA and then in R&D at Orange in the domain of wireless technology applied to Home LAN. He was then appointed Head of Lab in charge of livebox and set-top-boxes development.
He joined Orange France in 2010 in the Networks and Services Technical division, in charge of the unbundling of local sub-loop and the construction of business/wholesale network offers. Then he was appointed as Skills and Network Program Manager. In 2020, he was appointed Director of Strategy, Risk and Network Security, and, with the Finance Direction, led the conception phase of the TOTEM project.
Laetitia PAYSAN TEBOUL (University of Law of Angers - Law School of Poitiers) is General Counsel of TOTEM Group.
After having practiced four years as lawyer in Parisian law firms, she joined Orange in 2008 as Senior Lawyer in the French Wholesale market. She then assumed three positions as Legal Manager within Purchasing Direction, Research and IT Direction and was since 2019 within International Carriers and Networks Direction.
Marie-Camille Le Quay (Université Paris Dauphine - PSL) is appointed Director of Human Resources.
Marie-Camille joined the Orange Group in 2013 and has since held various operational and cross-functional HR responsibilities. She has worked in a variety of structures within the Group: in subsidiaries, in the enterprise market and in the technical area of networks and services in France.
A member of the HR project team in charge of preparing TOTEM's launch from December 2020, Marie-Camille joined the adventure of creating and structuring the company as soon as it opened in November 2021.
Aurélie AUTIER, a graduate of ISEP (Paris), is currently Asset Manager at TOTEM.
She began her career with the Orange Group, where she held several management positions. In 2007, she took over the management of a Customer Intervention Department in an Intervention Unit, managing a team of 120 technicians who are experts in corporate offers. Keen to get closer to the field and the customer, she moved into sales, becoming Enterprise Sales Manager.
She then joined a large-scale strategic project: the deployment of Fiber in the Île-de-France region, managing negotiations with social landlords and condominium managers. From 2016 to 2020, she held the position of National Strategy and Performance Director for the Intervention business, contributing to major transformation projects. Before joining TOTEM, she structured and managed the Business Support Roaming International department for the Group's European subsidiaries.
